Do I need prior experience to take this course?

Yes. Level Up is designed for certified lash artists who already understand classic application and lash fundamentals. Graduates of Attached: Lash 101 automatically qualify. Artists certified elsewhere are also welcome at the standard rate.

Can I still enroll if I was trained by another academy?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Lash Scouts welcomes artists certified elsewhere. The only difference is pricing. Graduates of Attached: Lash 101 receive an exclusive loyalty discount.

What’s the difference between group, private, and online training?

Accepted Answer

Group training offers a collaborative, classroom-style experience with other artists. Private training gives you direct one-on-one guidance from Jacquie. The online version is fully self-paced and ideal for artists who prefer to learn on their own schedule.

Is there an online option for Level Up?

Yes. Level Up is available both in person and online. The online course includes the same digital manual, tutorials, and certificate, so you can master advanced techniques from anywhere in the world.

Is this course live or self-paced?

In-person trainings (group or private) are live and hands-on. The online version is self-paced.

Will I practice on a live model?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Both group and private training include mannequin practice and the opportunity to work on a live model provided by Lash Scouts.

For group trainings, live model practice time may vary depending on class size.

Do I receive a kit with this course?

A kit is provided ONLY for students who are taking our in-person training. Level Up students in group or private in-person training will receive a full Lash Scouts professional kit, featuring BFF Adhesive, tweezers, lash trays, lash shampoo, and more.

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. You’ll earn a Lash Scouts Certificate of Advanced Completion, recognizing your mastery of advanced lash techniques and professional development.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

This is a non-refundable purchase. Group sessions can be transferred to another date with at least 3 days’ notice. 1-on-1 trainings require 3 days notice to reschedule. Deposits remain non-refundable.
